Delete your account and data

You can delete your My2AI account and the data on our server at any time.

From the website

1. Sign in at my2ai.com.
2. Open Dashboard, then Your data.
3. Download your data first if you want a copy.
4. Enter your password, type DELETE, and choose Delete my account.

From the app

Open Settings, then Account, then Delete account. This does the same thing.

What is deleted

Your account, settings, devices, squares, credit balance, usage history, and alerts are deleted right away. Unused credits are forfeited. Payment records are kept without your name or email for tax and accounting as the law requires. A one-way hash of your email is kept so the free trial can't be reused.

Data on your phone

Conversations and everything else stored on your phone are deleted when you uninstall the app or use Delete account in the app. Encrypted backups in your Google Drive app folder can be removed from your Google Drive settings.

Can't sign in? Email support@my2ai.com from your account email and we will delete it for you.
