Google API Limited Use disclosure

This is a working draft and is being reviewed by an attorney before launch.

My2AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What we access

• Gmail (read-only): to show your email in the app and, if you turn on Inbox Sorter, to sort and summarize new messages.
• Google Calendar: to know your appointments for leave-time reminders and daily plans.
• Google Drive app folder: only for your own encrypted backups, if you turn backups on.

Two separate connections

• Website inbox: if you connect Gmail on my2ai.com, an encrypted access token is stored on our server so the website can display your inbox when you open it. Message content is fetched live and not stored.
• Phone app: if you connect Gmail in the app, the token and your email stay on your phone.

The two connections are independent and never share data. Disconnecting one does not affect the other.

How it is used

• Google data is used only to provide features you can see and turn on.
• Email content is read on your phone. When a square needs AI, only the text needed for that task is sent through our server to Anthropic for processing and is not stored by us.
• We do not use Google data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not use it to train AI models.
• No person at My2AI reads your Google data, except with your explicit permission for support, for security investigations, or where the law requires.

You can disconnect Google access anytime in the app or at your Google Account permissions page.
